**Job Summary:** We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide assistance to individuals in need. The Caregiver will assist with daily activities, personal care, and companionship to enhance the quality of life for our clients. **Responsibilities:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide meal preparation and medication reminders - Support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism in daily activities - Implement behavior management techniques as needed - Monitor and record vital signs - Ensure resident rights and privacy are respected at all times - Drive clients to appointments or outings as required - Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients - Utilize social work skills to engage clients in meaningful activities **Qualifications:** - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism preferred - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices - First aid certification is a plus - Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of resident rights and dignity This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the caregiving field.
